I am guessing if you are reading this then there is some sense that things around you need to change.
It may be that you have no idea what that is but with a little help, care and nurture it is my belief that together we may be able to work it out. Perhaps you just need someone to talk to, someone to share those thoughts and feelings that can often get stuck inside and go round and round. Or it could be that you know what you want from your life but you need space and support from your counsellor to work out how to get there.
I have over 17 years experience and I offer counselling and therapy to individuals over the age of 18. As an Integrative Counsellor I work from a Person Centred Perspective – my ‘About Me‘ section offers a fuller explanation of what this means.
Chinese Proverb: It is better to take many small steps in the right direction than to take great leaps only to stumble backwards.
Whatever the issue, you have made the first step towards positive change simply by starting to look for a counsellor or psychotherapist that may be able to help. The next step would be to make contact either by email, text or phone and ask any questions you may have before booking your first counselling/therapy session at my very discreet premises in Titchfield Common, Fareham.
