Often I see people who can’t really categorize their feelings quite so easily but they just have a sense that they don’t feel themselves and they need to do something about it. Many clients find themselves either haveing experienced a huge change in their life or are considering embarking on a change. There are also some who are aware that they do not want to carry on as they are and things need to change.
Counselling is a perfect arena for you to explore these feelings and get support to help you feel more like your old self or a new self whichever is your preference. The most important thing to remember is that you are an individual and can bring to Counselling whatever is important to you.
